These jobs will be either 2nd or 3rd shift after the probationary period.
This role REQUIRES that you be able to work all shifts. These positions will be required to perform a range of tasks which can include production labor, operating machinery for canning production, product labeling, fork lift or other powered industrial machine. These positions may perform sanitation to USDA standards.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. To successfully perform this job, an individual must:
Have the ability and willingness to follow instructions.
Be knowledgeable of safe lifting techniques, as well as an ability to understand and follow safe standard working procedures
Must be able to work ALL shifts. All days of the week (Mon – Sun), and overtime.
Be able to communicate orally and/or in writing at a level to effectively complete the tasks of this position.
Be physically able to perform the work.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
Team members must be able to do a variety of tasks. All tasks require some degree of physical activity, including but not limited to pushing, pulling and shoveling, standing, walking, and limited bending, stooping and lifting weights up to 50+ pounds. Some tasks require climbing and twisting. Working conditions generally include exposure to heat up to 115 F, humidity, steam, wet floors and high noise levels.
