Project Superintendent:

Will perform all associated tasks with developing the individual sites, coordinating, scheduling, and over-seeing all crafts, installation, the full documentation, and construction elements associated with the remodel / new installation the Client

Individual with previous experience in the construction management in safety, quality control, structural steel erection, concrete foundations, civil site work including utility installation, pre-fabricated concrete building installation, the documentation and close out of the entire process for each site, schedule enforcement, cost control, and a high degree of communication skill.

This individual will need to understand and be able to work with a diverse workforce and ensure schedule adherence within KBR guidelines.

This individual will need to be able to interpret the full range of project documentation including schedule, budgetary restriction, plans, and specifications, close out requirements, be proactive in scheduling the work, and then documenting that construction process.

This includes the ability to proactively spot and remediate inconsistencies in project documentation to ensure the project schedule is impeded in the least amount as possible

Additional requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 12 months of remaining validity AND with at least 4 blank visa/stamp pages remaining
  • Must possess driver’s license with at least 6 months of remaining validity
