Job Summary

The Opportunity

We are expanding our dynamic and innovative structural team and are looking for an enthusiastic Principal Structural Engineer to provide specialist technical delivery to our clients.

As a Principal Structural Engineer, you will be involved in all elements of the project lifecycle - from preparing proposals and presenting to clients, through to managing resources and budgets to ensure timely project delivery. Using your well-developed written and verbal communication skills, you will build strong relationships with clients resulting in gaining repeat business. Working in a multi-disciplinary environment, you will collaborate with teams across business lines and technical disciplines and mentor and coach junior engineers.

Minimum Requirements

About You

As a degree qualified Structural Engineer, you will need to hold at least 10 years in structural design and analysis for building structures with strong knowledge of NZ structural and seismic codes. Proven ability to forge strong relationships and deliver projects is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

Chartered Engineer status will be a distinct advantage
