PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Must have knowledge and understanding of U.S. Army Logistics Provisioning functions using U.S. Army practices and guidelines.
Experience with the provisioning of U.S. Army transportation systems to include light, medium and heavy equipment a plus.
Understands and able to read technical drawings of vehicles and equipment.
Analyzes, organizes, plans and administers various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, or maintenance/repair activities using established procedures.
Analyzes standard contractual documents, technical data, customer usage data, customer maintenance practices, customer operation characteristics, and related reports for assigned contracts to determine spares provisioning or maintenance/repair requirements.
Follows established policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control. Conducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times.
Analyzes, participates in development, and implements logistics plans affecting the production, distribution, and inventory of finished products.

Maintains appropriate records and prepares reports.
Coordinates logistics activities with internal/external customers.
Provides activity and status reports to management.
EXPERIENCE & TRAINING: Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 2 years related experience. In lieu of formal education, 10 years of experience in the Logistics/Provisioning field, preferably U.S. Army. Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) and Security Clearance.
