Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Comply with all company safety policies and procedures as well as complying with all OSHA rules and regulations. (THINK SAFETY FIRST.)
Adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP) including proper waste disposal, attire, grooming and hygiene, etc.
Complies with plant LockOut/TagOut (LOTO) policy and implements the correct procedure for the LOTO of machines operated.
Maintain supplies required to perform operations.
Determine inventory levels and special orders and perform general accounting for purchases.
Receive, inspect and inventory stock material, parts and tools.
Receive orders for parts, materials and supplies, verify orders and check inventory for availability.
Obtain and issue parts, materials and supplies to appropriate maintenance personnel.
Check availability with vendors and place orders for parts, materials and supplies from vendors as required.
Receive packaged materials coming into the plant on all types of carriers.
Inspect incoming items and verify against the bill of lading and enter information into the inventory database.
Sort and deliver packages to appropriate areas in the plant as needed.
Perform periodic cycle counts of the inventory, expedite orders when required and set up and add items to computer system.
Keep working area clean at all times.

Must posses a High School diploma or GED
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Must be able to speak, read and write in English
Must be able to perform basic math problems
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
Must be computer literate
Must possess SAP experience
