LCV NORTHCOM: IT Customer Support Analyst

As a condition of employment, you are subject to temporary duties assigned by KBR to support emergency, disaster relief, or other contingency type missions within the United States. These missions will be temporary, and you will return to the permanent duty position at the National Training Center.

Job Summary

Provide technical support to organizations internal users of desktop applications and hardware. Answer questions related to procedures, transactions, system status, interacting with network services and application developers in order to restore service, usability, and identify problems. Under general supervision, and occasional direct supervision, performs assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within their field. Displays core job competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills.

  • Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 2+ years of experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
  • 2 years KBR IT Customer Support Analyst experience preferred.
  • Submits requests for user account access, software, hardware and access.
  • Maintains an inventory of equipment and assets keeping records and files of active users
  • Reviews monthly GUB reports and submits tickets for Billing Change Request/Credit Adjustments for assets while correcting wrongly billed charges .
  • Tracking of orders and inbound shipments in MAXIMO
  • Keep track of service requests not completed in the system.
  • IT help desk desktop assistance for computer software, hardware, and peripherals.
  • Assists new users with logging-in to the network and resetting passwords.
  • Assistance for users in Outlook email with PST creation, achieving, and volume management.
  • Provide technical assistance with service requests tickets for the ME-SDC.
  • Ticket submission to report issues to the service desk and provide escalation.
  • Provide new user account activation, software, and hardware requests.
  • Submission of user termination, demobilization, and asset reassignment reports
