Job Summary


  • Assist supervisor in managing daily operation and administration, including the assignments, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, schedule daily agenda and related business activities etc.

  • Department overall assistance and support, includingattendance record, time sheets gathering, labor resourcing plan, schedule team works and activities etc.

  • Assist supervisor in project management through the use of various systems.

  • Assist supervisor in project payment and collection issues.

  • Assist supervisor to complete the contract signing and payment process of vendors and sub-consultants.

  • Support project documentation and put them in relevant system, assist PMs to prepare ISO documents for internal and external audits.

  • Assist supervisor to prepare relevant documents and processes for project creation and closure.

  • Assist supervisor for preparation of project sheets, contracts, proposals, and marketing/BD documents.

  • Assist HR/IT/Admin on the new employee onboard logistics support

  • Translation for Presentation,Report Documents, Contracts

  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree with prior experience as an administrative assistant

  • Proficient at using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office software and office equipment

  • Attention to details, fast learning

  • Ability to multi-task and on multi-disciplinary teams

  • Initiative and pressure resistance

  • Nice personality and motivation, team player

  • Excellent communication and writing skills both in Chinese and English are a must.
