LCV NORTHCOM: NTC Security Manager
Responsible for personnel engaged in the Physical Security function for the organization. Develop and implement security policies and protocols along with personnel/visitor security clearances, management of loss prevention and detection services. Manage base access procedures already implemented by the USG. Conduct security investigations and inspections as directed by Senior Security Management. Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs. Coordinate emergency actions plan IAW with US Government requirements and KBR policies. Analyze data to assist with proposals for current and new projects and create reports for senior management on security status. Under limited supervision, solves complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices. Uses experience and problem solving skills to develop and improve processes. Candidate must have operational experience in Emergency Management Planning and Response. Candidate shall have advanced knowledge in Operational Security and National Industrial Security Program (NISP). This position will require flexible work schedule to includes nights and required to travel, as needed, within the United States. Some OCONUS travel may be required as well. Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 5+ years of experience, or 20 + years of equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :10+ years of security leadership experience
Must possess an active Secret security clearance.
Emergency response planning
Security experience related to base support for military training operations.
Working knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
Undergraduate degree in security administration or similar field
Must be fluent in English (reading and writing).
Must possess a valid driver’s license from the United States
