Job Summary
AECOM is seeking applicants for Architect position having strong knowledge in 3D rendering software and graphic skillsets on mid or large scale mixed-used and healthcare projects. knowledge in Softwares like Lumion, Rhino, Sketchup, Revit, etc is must.
Job Responsibilities includes the following but not limited to-
Performing basic architectural/engineering calculations.
Preparing specifications, reports and related data tables.
Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups.
Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required.
Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may independently perform advanced technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgets.
May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project.
May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel.
Should have sufficient experience in large commercial projects
Need to have very strong in 3D rendering software and graphic skillsets and use of software like Lumion, Rhino, Sketchup, rivet etc
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
Proven related Architecture experience.
Experience of working on large scale mixed-use and hospital projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in similar projects.
Excellent communication skills.
