We have an opening for a motivated, dedicated and energetic Trainer / curriculum developer to support one of our Programs within the Intelligence Community in Annapolis Junction, MD. 

Team member will lead the development of and conduct customized training classes including online materials, demonstrations, working or user groups, and conferences for the AEA user community. Leads curriculum development activities across product portfolios.   

Position duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ability to lead a team
  • Plan and manage training plans for large programs
  • Assist users with learning tools and applying to workflow
  • Provide input to create AEA product packages in support of the user community
  • Create and present briefing materials for user community 
  • Work with user community to identify training needs across the IC
  • Proactively engage customers to increase the user base across the tool suite
  • Perform Instructional Design applying select models and methodologies
  • Work with development teams to ensure accuracy of training materials
  • Assist in the development of technical training materials including online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans, courses, and training manuals
  • Evaluate training requirements for user community and assist with marketing initiatives to increase user base
  • Familiarity with multi-media and/or computer based (CBT) training support and products generation 
  • Provide input on the best medium(s) and venue to convey trainings (i.e. CBT, VTC, in-person, working groups, micro-learnings, etc.)
  • Understanding of AEA tools and capabilities and product workflows in an operational setting • Excellent communication skills 
  • Excellent oral and presentation skills 
  • Ability to apply 508 compliance standards








TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more of related experience with at least six (6) years within the Intelligence Community; four (4) additional years of experience can be substituted for degree.

Hands-on experience with AEA or Intelligence Community (IC) tools and capabilities with a solid understanding of product workflows in an operational setting preferred.
