Program Manager

Position: Project Management Support


Supporting IT & Logistics Environment through PEO(CS), LOG-IT, ALE IPT for direct support to the Maintenance Engineering Ground Station for Aviation (MEGA) Project Manager.

  • Assist/Develops, manages, and controls the project plan/Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) (requires MS Project experience)
  • Tracks and monitors progress to ensure timely delivery of key project deliverables by those assigned to deliver.
  • Prepares risk cubes charts and facilitates risk management meetings
  • Assist IPTL and Interacts with senior leadership, stakeholders and potential clients
  • Assist with development of Program Plans to include but not limited to Project charter, CCB Charter, Communication Management Plans, MOAs, SOW.
  • Provides support to Cyber Security staff for MEGA with developing the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Coordinates and participates in technical interchange meetings (TIMs)
  • Prepares meeting minutes
  • Assist with and Identifies and communicates project/program interdependencies
  • Assist with support to the MEGA Project Change Management Plan (CMP)
  • Facilitates MEGA Project level scrum meetings using JIRA (requires JIRA experience)
  • Addresses the needs, expectations, and concerns of the MEGA Project stakeholders during the course of the project. Includes appropriately managing the expectations of the MEGA IPT.
  • Assist with guidance to MEGA software development lifecycles and large-scale IT system development, deployment and sustainment
  • Assist with guidance on DOD policies to include DODI 5000.02 and 5000.75.

Develops senior level briefs to include but not limited to PMRs, TIMS, risks, and product demonstrations briefs.


  • Active Clearance – Secret
  • Bachlors Degree
  • Experience Analyst
  • Experienced Project Management
  • Software Experience in MS Suite and MS Project (Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS), MS Office Suite
  • Software experience in JIRA

Desired Requirements:

Software experience: CAMEO Magic Draw, VISIO

Software Database / Languages

IS/IT experience

Typically requires 10 to 15 years of relevant experience within the program.
