Position: Software Developer (RQ60592)

Location: 1401 50th Street, Suite 200, West Des Moines, IA 50266

Duties: Utilize on experience with Oracle PL/SQL, parallel processing, data partitioning, and data modeling, to design and develop enterprise-wide GDIT systems. Design and develop data load processes (ETL - extract, transform, and load). Code, test, and debug complex new/existing data architecture, software products or make significant enhancements to existing software. Research and integrate design strategies, product specifications, development schedules, and user expectations into product capabilities. Provide input to technical team members involved in writing and updating documentation such as user manuals, system documentation and training materials. Research emerging technologies to determine impact on application execution. Reporting technologies in Relational Data Base Management Systems.

Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering or a related field plus 1 year of post-bachelor’s experience reflecting demonstrable ability in the skill set described above. Alternatively employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering or a related field plus 3 years of post-bachelor’s experience reflecting demonstrable ability in the skill set described above.
