HR Business Partner is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle HR support to the Customer Leadership Organization (Sales). This role will closely partner with business leaders to build an engaging and inclusive employee experience that maximizes talent effectiveness to drive organizational success.
Translate business strategies into HR strategies and initiatives which drive culture, organizational effectiveness and capability building.
Provide day-to-day strategic HR partnership and consultation for assigned client groups and senior functional leadership.
Provide coaching and advise management on effective ways to administer HR programs and manage and resolve complex employee issues.
Partner with business and HR Leadership to co-create business specific human resource strategies, aligned with the needs of each respective business.
Partners with cross-functional HR peers, HR centers of excellence and other business support functions including but not limited to, Staffing, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Finance and Legal on various business needs.
Partner with the Center of Excellence, as appropriate, to develop and deliver effective strategies/programs regarding employee engagement, talent Acquisition, organizational design, talent management, training, compensation & benefits, labor relations, change management and diversity & inclusion.
Position Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of HR Business Partner experience
Demonstrated experience with benefits and compensation administration, market pricing, labor law, and organizational development
Demonstrated experience managing projects and problem solving
Effective and deliberate communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task with a strong sense of urgency
Ability to deal with ambiguity, change in a dynamic business environment as well as conflict management and mediation skills
Demonstrated ability to develop strong consulting relationships and influence business leaders through coaching and partnership
