Attend and actively participate in the 3 DDS meetings associated with CPS on time and consistently.
Gather data for, update and present the sections of the DDS board associated with the Process Lead role.
Work with the other Line Structure Team members to develop and execute daily and 90-day plans.
In partnership with the rest of the LST:
Assume 24/7 responsibility for the success of the Business Unit
Analyze Business Unit performance and plan/direct short-term, mid-term and long-term activities to address variances and drive improvements
Drive results and achieve the annual targets assigned to the Business Unit
Lead the development of standards, such as OPLs, TSGs, Changeover Procedures, Centerlines, etc. for the Business Unit.
Conduct and participate in continuous improvement activities, such as 6W2Hs, Kaizen, Gemba, etc.
Ensure that the line teams and line leadership are engaged and participate in continuous improvement activities as well as the development of standards and training materials.
Participate and monitor the results of health checks.
Cross train and be able to fill in for other LST members.
Complete the Step-Up process for the Process Lead role.
Coordination of employee position training
Oversee standard work audits and revisions
Provide functional expertise and support
Independently identify improvement opportunities, design projects to capitalize on those opportunities, lead cross-functional teams to implement projects and build sustainable systems to ensure improvements are anchored in place.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Either five (5+) plus years in a leadership role or two (2+) years of direct CI experience in manufacturing environment preferred
Experience utilizing multiple problem solving and continuous improvement tools
History of driving sustainable improvements in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams
Ability to identify/prioritize opportunities and design/execute projects to realize those opportunities.
Proficiency in the use of MS Office software including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong Communication skills; verbal, written, and presentation
Ability to solve complex matters
Ability to influence others
Maintain constant drive for results and continuous improvement
Able to work on multiple priorities simultaneously
Able to have a positive influence across levels and functions
Flexibility (between shifts)
Time management (ability to meet all deadlines)
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or related field, preferred
