LCV NORTHCOM: Specialist, Environmental
Structures programs, policies, procedures and processes pertaining to all related environmental strategies. Conducts training and auditing, technical advice, and assists in the preparation of reports. Utilizes expertise of EPA, federal, state, and local regulations associated with work for due diligence. Interfaces with clients and regulatory agencies to achieve optimal environmental standards. Under general supervision, performs routine assignments as an intermediate level professional. Develops core competencies with existing procedures by solving standard problems. Requires knowledge of EPA and U.S. Army regulations and possess a valid HAZWOPER 40-hour training. Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an Associate Degree and 4+ years of experience. Equivalent work experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
