Application Support Team Lead (Microsoft Office)

Description SAIC is looking for an Application Support Team Lead for Microsoft Office. They will lead a team responsible for answering Microsoft Office how-to calls!
This role has a Winter 2020 expected start date.
Candidates not located in the Cookeville, TN area would have the option to work remotely.
- Identify and resolve Microsoft issues for users over the phone in real time
- Create Service Now tickets and analyze trends
- Lead team of three agents
- Hold trainings and team meetings
- Prepare schedules and approve time off
- Prepare monthly reviews
Required Education & Experience
- Associate's Degree or equivalent in related discipline and three (3) years of related experience; OR, High school and five (5) years of related experience with related certifications.
- Teaching or Training experience
- Microsoft Office Specialist Certification
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Must be able to obtain & maintain a public trust security clearance.
