Description
SAIC is looking for an Application Support Team Lead for Microsoft Office. They will lead a team responsible for answering Microsoft Office how-to calls!
This role has a Winter 2020 expected start date.
Candidates not located in the Cookeville, TN area would have the option to work remotely.
Responsibilities
Identify and resolve Microsoft issues for users over the phone in real time
Create Service Now tickets and analyze trends
Lead team of three agents
Hold trainings and team meetings
Prepare schedules and approve time off
Prepare monthly reviews
Qualifications
Required Education & Experience
Associate's Degree or equivalent in related discipline and three (3) years of related experience; OR, High school and five (5) years of related experience with related certifications.
Teaching or Training experience
Microsoft Office Specialist Certification
Preferred
Supervisory experience preferred
Clearance Required
Must be able to obtain & maintain a public trust security clearance.
