LCV NORTHCOM: Contracts Manager

Participates in the development and fulfillment of contract requirements in the bidding, purchase or sale/delivery of equipment, materials, products or services. Interfaces with internal functions to evaluate contract compliance Under general direction, is accountable for the performance and results of a related discipline or sub-group within a function. Manages the delivery of functional objectives by providing leadership and direction to team members. Participates in the development of functional strategy and may be responsible for global processes and procedures. Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 9+ years of experience.

Advises project management, site management and site workforce on contract requirements. Manages the overall contracting process for the Task Order. Reviews and analyzes contract and task order documents. Reviews, analyzes and contrasts emergent government requests, directions and conduct against contract and task order documents to ensure the emergent requests, direction and conduct conform to contractual requirements. Provides support for negotiations, administration of contract changes, and management of deliverables, reports and requests for information. Employee will review all document submissions, including proposals and estimates to ensure compliance with the contract; Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA); the Contractor’s approved business systems; and client/US Government requirements, rules, processes or regulations.
