GDIT is looking to hire all levels of On Site Technical Representatives. In this role you will Install, configure, and support an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and internet systems or a segment of a network.

Locations: Brasiliera, Brazil; Lima, Peru; Managua, Nicaragua;  Monterrico, Guatemala; Panama City, Panama; Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic; San Salavador, El Salvador; San Jose, Costa Rica; Santiago, Chile.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and may perform necessary maintenance to support network availability. 
  • May monitor and test web site performance to ensure web sites operate correctly and without interruption. 
  • May assist in network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software. 
  • May supervise computer user support specialists and computer network support specialists. 
  • May administer network security measures.
  • Possess and apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. 
  • Plan and lead major technology assignments.
  • Evaluate performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
  • Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
  • May supervise others.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ Systems Administration experience in a Window Server environment.
  • DoD 8570.01 IAT-II certification (e.g., Security + CE or equivalent), current Windows operating system certification.
  • Clearance-Secret.


Education: BA/BS and additional experience will be considered in lieu of education on a case by case basis.
