Sr. Program Manager (Electronic Security Systems - ESS)


KBR is in search of a Senior Program Manager to lead a $200M DoD Electronic Security global program focused on the installation and maintenance of Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, Video Surveillance Systems, Mass Notification Systems, Counter-UAS Systems, Gates and Barriers, and Cyber Security Support. The position requires oversight of all programmatic elements, including personnel management, financial management, customer management, schedule management, risk management, and change order management. The position will require the management of a geographically dispersed team of technicians, engineers, subject matter experts, drafters, information assurance experts, program support staff, and subcontractors to execute government driven initiatives at DoD bases worldwide. Tasks include:

  • Maintenance Ticket Remediation and Management:
  • Preventive Maintenance Scheduling and Management
  • Engineering Drawing Development
  • Technical Refresh Initiatives
  • New Installation efforts
  • Integrated Logistics Support
  • Information Assurance ATO Support
  • RMF Support

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred) in Engineering, Business, or related field, and
  • Professional Engineer or PMP certification or 15 years of experience in a program management oversight
  • Secret Clearance Preferred
