Basic Program Overview:

ManTech is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Alexandria, VA to provide exceptional support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.

The Program Analyst will provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support to the Combating Terrorism Technical Support Office (CTTSO). Support includes supporting research and development (R&D) projects, coordinating end-user requirements, developing contract award packages and reviewing technical proposal submissions. This position will be working in the area of Training Technology Development (TTD) and combating terrorism for an organization that rapidly identifies and develops capabilities for the Department of Defense and the other Government organizations.

Mandatory Skills Requirements: 

  • Experience working with government contracts in a R&D environment. Must be familiar with contract packages and DoD acquisition.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Innovative Training and Educational Concepts
    • Human Performance Technology
    • Immersive Learning Technology
  • Active Secret security clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.

General Responsibilities:

  • Ensure successful execution and delivery of multiple research and development technologies related to Training Technology Development.
  • Develop contract packages resulting from Broad Agency Announcements and other vendor solicitations; including Statements of Work, Technical Evaluations, Independent Cost Estimates, Contract Data Requirements Lists, etc.
  • Prepare technical and financial information for briefings, presentations, and status reports.
  • Support the projects operational planning, testing, system fielding, and sustainment efforts.

Other Skills Preferred

  • Experience working with training technologies such as artificial intelligence, simulators, virtual reality, physiological sensors, etc.
  • Experience in or working with the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) or other Special Operations Forces (SOF) communities.
