We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer service oriented Document Quality Control Specialist Lead to begin an exciting and challenging career with SAIC.
Description:
In charge of supervising quality control for FERC OSEC and troubleshooting quality-related issues as they arise. Performs quality-related tests to ensure products comply with company and legal standards. Majority of quality check reviews will be on applications submitted online by FERC customers. Needs to: - Identify Product Defects - Record and Report Issues - Support Process Improvements - Make necessary corrections.
Qualifications
Requirements:
• Associate’s Degree and 3+ years experience or equivalent
• Able to obtain a Public Trust
