AECOM is currently seeking an highly experienced Program Manager to support client program(s) in the California healthcare market sector. This position will be based from Los Angeles, CA.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Focus on providing program, project and construction management services on client program(s) in the Los Angeles CA area.
Organize and direct all activities between the technical and administrative aspects of the program including scheduling, budgeting, cost control, cash flow, QA/QC, risk analysis, document control and management information systems.
Balance and appropriately address the needs/concerns of all the stakeholders impacted by this program, including but not limited to the client, public, local businesses, politicians, other agencies and the regulatory community.
Lead development and drive implementation of the necessary business processes, plans and procedures required to manage construction in a programmatic, process-driven manner.
Work with the client in the selection of other consultants and will provide management oversight related to performance, schedule and cost for construction management based on Key Performance Indicators.
Other duties as assigned.

DCSA—Program and Project Management
Bachelor's Degree plus ten (10) years of related experience in healthcare program and construction management, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering.
Master’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering.
10+ years of relevant OSHPD Healthcare program and construction management experience.
Previous experience delivering and executing Healthcare programs and projects in the State of California.
