Position provides subject matter expertise, oversight and management to training support services.  Requires a committed individual with specific training experience as well as demonstrated experience in: scheduling of training resources, staffing/recruiting, financial management, personnel management, and quality assurance/improvements. Candidates should be willing to commit to irregular work schedule as required by customer training schedule and willing to perform domestic travel.

Active Security Clearance – TS/SCI with poly

Education:  High School diploma

Minimum 5 years’ experience directly relevant to training, including scheduling, leading teams, and providing clear feedback on performance.

Extensive knowledge of customer training courses, objectives, and techniques.

Demonstrated ability to assess training needs and select/provide appropriate training tools/materials.

Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.

Effective leadership of personnel and program activities/projects.

Experience providing instruction and instructional feedback to various types of students and in different learning environments.

Experience providing training support in different U.S. locations, to include knowledge of environmental factors and logistical support needed for successful training.
