Eagle Alliance is looking for Help Desk Technician in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software. Analyzes, logs, tracks and resolves tickets to meet business needs.


  • AA/AS & 3+ years experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Ability to work shifts, which may include nights/weekends/holidays, as 24x7x365 operations are required

  • TS/SCI with Poly clearance

  • Ability to obtain and maintain A+ certification within 30 days of hire

CWIP - IAT level I Compliance:

Persons performing in this support role make the CE (Compute Environment) less vulnerable by correcting flaws and implementing IAT (Information Assurance Technical) controls in the hardware or software installed within their operational systems. Persons performing these functions, regardless of their occupational title (e.g. system administrator, help desk technician, information system technician etc.) are identified as part of the IA (Information Assurance) workforce and must be able to support requirements  to recognize potential security violations, take appropriate action to report the incident as required by regulations, and mitigate any adverse impact in accordance with policy. (Reference: Policy 6-34) for Cyber Workforce Improvement Plan (CWIP).
