Amentum is seeking a proactive Electronic Warfare (EW) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the Naval Information Warfighting Development Center (NIWDC) Assured Communications directorates in Norfolk, VA.

You will have decades of experience and a team player mentality, ready to collaborate with a well-respected team. We're looking for a go-getter who has a firm grasp of the big picture of EW, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) and Electromagnetic Maneuver Warfare (EMW), and is well-versed in how this critical skillset fits into the Information Warfare (IW) Community and beyond.

You will work for the EW Site Lead supporting NIWDC Assured Communications directorate to advance the Navy EW approach and Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations initiatives. You will conduct training for the Fleet to include NIWDC WTI courses and SWATT and others.

Minimum Requirements

    At least 10 years experience in Electronic warfare (EW)
    Proficient in word-processing and integrated software applications (such as Microsoft Office)
    Due to the nature of the work, must be a U.S. citizen
    Must have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Preferred Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree
    20 years of experience in Information Warfare (IW) for the DoN, including three years of development of the Navy's EMW approach
    Military service as an O-3/CWO/E-7 or above
    Demonstrated understanding of applicable technical concepts and practices in order to support EMW readiness across DOTMPLF
