We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Manager to join our team in Falls Church, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).
Duties and Tasks:

Report and monitor help desk issues, health of the system using SCOM and Service Now
Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
Coordinate cross-project activities
Apply change, risk and resource management
Assume responsibility for the program's people and vendors
Resolve projects' higher scope issues
Prepare reports for program directors


Must-Have:

5+ years managing a Systems Integration project
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Integration of new applications into Cloud environment and COTS integration
SLA management experience
PMP and ITIL Certifications
