Billet Description:

  • Provides part time (.5 FTE) subject matter expertise to assist USD (I&S) CL&S Directorate with the refinement and subsequent implementation of the Directorate’s development of the CTPIC CONOP


  • Conduct and provide analysis, coordination, integration and operational information-sharing related to critical technology protection.
  • Identify best practices, innovative methodologies and operational concepts which can be leveraged across the DoD security and intelligence enterprises and partnering federal agencies. 
  • Create reports and briefs that inform and assist government decision-making regarding CTPIC prioritization, direction and administration for focused and measurable engagement responsive to critical program and technologies (CP&T) prioritization, pursuant to Sec. 1049 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act.
  • Recommend and develop plans to streamline USD(I&S), CL&S Directorate to effectively handle operations, eliminate redundancies, and ensure positive user experience.

Experience Requirements:

  • Greater than 15 years intelligence technology and security management experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of knowledge management principles and capacity to deliver technology management programs.
  • Experience creating complex concepts of operations (CONOPS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical.
  • Requirements analysis experience.
  • Excellent facilitation skills.

Certification Requirements:

  • Program Management Professional certification a plus, but not required

Education Requirement:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
