Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Management Solutions Architect to join our team in the Herndon, VA.

We are a team of all-stars that work closely with the Business Units and Sales team to meet with customers to understand their challenges and needs, understand the technical solution, and then identify industry trends, best practices, emerging methodologies, and processes to adapt into a management proposal solution. Sales Enablement, help us win!
o Working in the Sales department, underneath the VP of Solutions, we need your expertise and writing support across the full Business Development lifecycle for the Intel sector.
o You developed a great solution, now we need you to write it. Serve as a management lead or writer on proposals primarily for management, staffing, and transition solutions but the ability to grow into technical and proposal solutions, as needed.
o Analyze RFPs to develop differentiated, compelling solutions compliant to solicitation requirements, federal acquisition process and industry best practices
o Assist Capture Managers in developing integrated management, staffing, transition, and operations management optimization solutions to meet customers’ needs and requirements
Engage with the team
o Team player ready to help in every possible way. When a fire breaks out, everyone grabs a bucket!
o Our culture includes technical Communities of Practice in advanced technology areas to collaborate across the company. Active participation or leading will be expected.
o Design, populate and expand ManTech’s virtual collaboration space to continuously improve our solutions
o Work in conjunction with other Solution Architects and management forum to create, maintain and publish methodologies, approaches and best practices in support of ManTech key business areas in the Communities of Practice.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Project Management/Marketing or related field.
5 or more years of experience in business development and contract execution including solution development, management volume lead, and proposal writing support
Experience with working through federal acquisition process
Familiarity with FAR and Government Services Regulations
Track record in leading successful capture efforts as a lead solution architect/volume lead
Experience as a Program Manager for Intel customers is preferred but not required.
Security Clearance Requirements:
TS/SCI CIP or FSP
Extensive time in stationary position
Be able to move around the office
Operate office equipment
Be able to communicate professionally with ManTech employees and ManTech clients
Must be able to observe and report
