Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Information Security Specialist, to serve as a NICO Support Administrator/Engineer to join our team in the Chantilly, Virginia, area.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support an onsite NICO customer facing team providing DEERS PII changes, CAC, Token, Retired Military ID, PIN reset, and Helpdesk support
  • Support Identity, Access and Credentialing issues within a customer service environment
  • Resolve ServiceNow and JIRA tickets related to access and credentialing issues
  • Contributes to the completion of project and group milestones
  • As needed, provides input to project deliverables and reports
  • Contributes solutions to a variety of complex technical problems

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education: B.S. or relevant experience in related field
  • Minimum/General Experience: 5-7 years of related experience
  • General understanding of IdAM
  • Understanding of PKI
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as JIRA and ServiceNow
  • Trouble shootings skills to narrow down where customer issues may reside
  • Ability to work off shifts between the hours of 7AM ET and 8PM ET
  • Prior experience working with PII information and data
  • Prior experience working with MS Word, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Must be able to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team, share workloads, and deal with sudden shifts in project priorities
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be organized and ability to prioritize workload.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in similar environment is desired
  • IAT Level II (Security+) certification preferred

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Must possess an active TS/SCI w/ a CI polygraph

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
