In coordination with the Inventory Analyst, provides the documenting and coordination of logistics transactions as each transaction occurs in a log format as dictated by the Organization’s Operations, Transportation, and Asset Management Plan. Responsible to ensure the completion of proper packaging for each shipment and shipping documentation specific to each outgoing transaction prior to shipment. Responsible for the unpacking and inspection of each incoming package for the appearance of damage or tampering.
- Forklift operator
- GCCS-Army Certification(s) (GTRAC)
- DOD logistics, Army preferred
- DLA equipment disposition
- PBO equipment accountability regulations
- Military and commercial shipping expertise
- Department of State transportation and shipment regulations
Education Requirements: Associate Degree with 2 – 5 Years’ experience in military logistics management, shipping and receiving management, or Logistics record management. Additional experience in lieu of formal education will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Clearance: Secret or higher
