The Physical Therapist supports the vision of the Total Healing Environment and the values of respect, integrity, accountability, commitment and quality serving as the primary provider and coordinator of care to those patients referred for physical therapy services, with an overall goal of maximizing the functional capabilities of these individuals.
Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Arizona
Must be current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Provider certified
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing providing excellent customer service
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities/tasks in a fast paced environment
Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Windows
Previous Physical Therapy experience in an acute care hospital setting
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred; Cerner strongly preferred
