This role will focus in the southeast territory.The Client Partner will be responsible for revenue generation through the cross sale of Fiserv Deposit Solutions products and services, targeting primarily Fiserv’s Deposit Solutions client base including prospect identification, pipeline building, opportunity advancement, and deal closure.In this role, You can look forward to:Identifying, pursuing, and qualifying leads for the suite of Deposit Solutions products and services in the applicable territory, to include, among others: Remote Deposit Capture, Item Processing Services, Item Research and Returns, Check Fraud Analysis and Prevention, and Deposit BPO.Developing and implementing short-term and long-term strategic client plans related to sales leads, product direction and market opportunities.Managing and controlling the full sales cycle, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of opportunity status and deal tracking.Working with Sales Consultants to tailor presentations and demonstrations by thoroughly assessing prospect needs and translating those needs into product and services benefit statements throughout the sales presentation.Developing an overall sales plan that finds opportunities within their territory.Working with various partner teams, including sales consulting, product, finance, legal, implementation services and client services in pre-sale phase (scope studies, custom development specs) and post-sale phase (transfer knowledge about clients business requirements, sometimes attend project planning workshops).Managing the proposal and contract negotiations process in unison with legal, finance, product and client services to make sure our organization is in agreement with the terms and conditions.Becoming an industry expert. Participating in the necessary Trade-Shows/associations and actively speaking, and getting involved with the various committees.Engaging with our product specialists to become as self-sufficient as possible during the sales process.Basic Qualifications for Consideration:Bachelors Degree4+ years of Sales Experience the financial industry, preferably in the account processing or item processing space.Ability to travel at least 25%Must possess excellent written, oral, presentation skillsProfessional presence required to meet with senior level client personnelPreferred Qualifications and Experience:Proven and successful sales results track record with references and experience in selling multi-million dollar quotas in the financial technology services industryExperience performing complex high value and highly consultative sales engagements with financial institutions,The right candidate will have the skills and ability to manage a complex solution sale and navigate at a senior level within our clients and prospects,Ability to manage entire sales cycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation and close,Candidate will be a self-starter and highly motivated, using their business contacts and Fiserv resources to identify and develop qualified leads,Ability to understand complex business scenarios and detail them clearly and accuratelyExcellent interpersonal communication skills are essential for this role including both presentation and written.In-depth knowledge of the financial services and account/item processing industryLearn more about Fiserv:To support the total well-being of our associates, Fiserv takes a broad approach to our benefits.
