For more information, visit Follow us on Twitter at @EpsilonMktg.Job DescriptionThe Lead Business Systems Analyst (Lead BSA) will perform senior-level BSA tasks at a best-in-class level and act as a subject matter expert (SME) for automotive marketing programs.  The Lead BSA will analyze complex business problems and serve as a liaison between business personnel and technical personnel to define proposed solutions, integrating input from clients, account teams, and program/product/project managers.  The Lead BSA will support all levels of stakeholders as needed to ensure correct interpretation and utilization of requirements for software solutions.  The Lead BSA will also serve in a leadership role on the BSA team to train and mentor anyone who is a BSA I, BSA II, or Sr. BSA, and will serve in the role of Product Owner for one or more automotive engineering Scrum teams.Responsibilities·       Work with the client, account team, program/product manager, project manager, and project sponsor (any or all that are applicable) to document the program/product vision and a project’s scope·       Identify project stakeholders and user classes, document user class characteristics, identify appropriate representatives for each user class, and negotiate their responsibilities·       Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, business analysis, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints·       Write requirements and functional specifications according to standard templates, using natural language simply, clearly, unambiguously, and concisely·       Decompose high level business and user requirements into functional requirements and quality requirements specified at an appropriate level of detail suitable for use by those who must base their work on the requirements·       Define quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, and other nonfunctional requirements if applicable·       Lead requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable, and that they conform to standards·       Establish and implement effective requirements practices, including use and continuous improvement of a requirements process, and assist with the development of the organization’s requirements engineering policies, procedures, and tools·       Implement ways to re-use requirements across projects·       Answer functional questions posed by any project stakeholder·       Demonstrate the ability to lead effective meetings, negotiate deliverables, and drive successful outcomes·       Serve as trainer and mentor to more junior analysts to improve their skills and mentor their professional development·       Serve as Product Owner for one or more Scrum teams·       Play a leadership role in promoting the automotive team’s Agile transformation·       Development managerial skills that will support the management of
