While delivering learning for Network Solutions Phone systems and integrated applications, they will continually focus on building knowledge of CDK’s total solutions across all product areas while demonstrating a highly energetic and passionate learning approach. Training is conducted remotely as well as on-site.  Travel is required (50%). This position will cover areas in the eastern and central part of the country.  Job Attributes: . Deliver a quality learning experience based on guidelines for the position. Consistent and positive client/associate learner interactions. Understands dealership workflow to provide best practice oriented learning and solutions. Deliver basic consulting on Business Processes to help increase utilization. Collaborate with Implementation as well as Learning Development for quality execution. Identify and articulate learning gaps to the Learning Development Team. Continual personal and professional development through delivery technique courses and client interactions/visits. Able to flex to the audience based on the solution you are teaching. Applications Training: Facilitates Intermediate learning on multiple CDK software products, tools, setups, and processes within guidelines dictated by course outlines.. Product Knowledge: Gains functional knowledge of assigned products and effective instructional techniques through completion of prescribed training plans and customer visits /interactions. Performs administrative duties and other related duties as assigned. Functional Responsibilities: . Primary focus is Learning Delivery . Facilitates delivery and implementation of technology-based training. Supplements course content and responds to student questions. Utilize and assist others with current learning delivery platforms and tools, to effectively deliver training.. Structure presentations to accommodate the needs of the audience prior to or during Required experience and skills: . Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required. 2+ years of prior training/education experience . Experience delivering training in a classroom setting to small and large groups. Knowledge of adult learning strategies. Ability to travel as needed for dealership installs and utilization visits - roughly 50%.
