The Security Operations Program Manager (PM) provides technical leadership, direction, and management to the contract workforce managing the full range of collateral program protection and counterintelligence activities for a mid-sized Defense Agency (10,000+ personnel) with support and assistance from national and intra-organizational partners. Scope of the mission includes Security Program Execution; Counterintelligence operations [analysis and production; investigations; cyber-forensics and Technical-surveillance countermeasures (TSCM) activities]; Information Security; Special & Personnel Security; and, Declassification].
Your leadership will support execution of the MDA Security Operations integrated program protection and counterintelligence programs throughout the entire Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) Research, Development, Test, Acquisition and Experimentation (RDTA&E) time-horizon. This critical technology protection mission is paramount to our Nation’s defense and requires a Leader dedicated to synchronizing security and counterintelligence principles and practices throughout the entire BMDS acquisitions enterprise (including DoD, industry, academic and FFRDC partners).
