We are currently seeking a Website Content Strategist to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). Website Content Strategist We are looking for a Website Content Strategist to ensure a cohesive and compelling website experience that guides users through the conversion funnel. The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical with a unique ability to understand the business goals, analyze the online data and create a website content strategy that builds on a foundation of inbound marketing. This role will work with experienced content creators in our Marketing, Demand Generation, and Campaigns teams, and collaborate cross-functionally with team members in Creative Services, Social Media, Digital, Content Publishing and UX roles to achieve results. In this role you will: Create, optimize, edit, and update website content Analyze and improve sales cycle related content Liaise between Website and Marketing teams to effectively guide the development of service and industry content to meet Marketing and Business goals Identify and implement innovative approaches to leverage, extend or repurpose content to increase online engagement and sales ready leads. Develop a content strategy based on a thorough assessment of current content and analysis of comprehensive website and account-level data Consult with Campaigns Marketing and SBU Marketing teams on effective execution of website content in support of Inbound Marketing campaigns Maintain a Website Editorial Calendar, collaborating with cross-functional content teams Build audience personas to support user journeys Develop a roadmap and deliverables to address content gaps and ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience across our website Research keyword opportunities and work with the Website, Marketing and Demand Gen teams on SEO strategies Define a content strategy and develop online content for high-visibility website projects Support Website Director for Taxonomy-related projects Regular monitoring of website analytics to measure and improve content engagement levels Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related 8-10 years of experience as a digital content strategist, web writer or content editor Thorough understanding of website user experience and content optimization principles Creativity and the ability to develop original content; exceptional digital copy writing skills Proficient in Sitecore Project management and editorial calendars Expertise in keyword placement and SEO Ability to analyze and extract data from Google Analytics, Conductor, Salesforce, and DOMO, spot patterns and trends in the content marketing data, draw conclusions and design recommendations Inbound marketing experience including persona-based content and results-driven campaigns Team player who can effectively build relationships and gain buy in from multiple stakeholder groups Self-starter who demonstrates leadership qualities, attention to detail and ability to execute on deadlines Basic Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related 8-10 years of experience as a digital content strategist, web writer or content editor #LI-NAM INDSALES About NTT DATA Services NTT DATA Services is a global business and IT services provider specializing in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services.
