Responsibilities:

 


Medical gas administration and aerosol therapy
Obtaining and analyzing blood specimens
Operating and maintaining various respiratory and cardiopulmonary equipment
Maintain artificial airways, provide mechanical ventilation and assist with CPR as needed
Provide patient education
Assess equipment function and monitor patient response to therapy

 

 
 

 


 
Qualifications What Qualifications You Will Need:



Graduate from an accredited
Respiratory Therapy programCurrent Louisiana
Respiratory Care Practitioner License (Certified or Registered)CPR for Healthcare Providers to
be completed within 30 days of hireAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
to be completed within 30 days of hire
