The Administrative Director of Oncology Services organizes and directs all strategic and business development related functions and activities (internal and external) within his/her realm of responsibility for Oncology Services at Mercy Hospital. Their sphere of influence also includes collaboration with leadership for the operations of the Infusion and Radiation Oncology departments, working with the program and physicians involved in Oncology Services, outreach, marketing, community relations, inpatient and outpatient services, various navigation programs, other services and relationships with external organizations. In collaboration with the Executive Team, Physicians Leaders, establishes goals, objectives and standards of performance; applies and facilitates compliance with operating policies and procedures. Overall responsibility for providing senior strategic and operational leadership for Oncology Services within the context of the facility strategic planning cycle, including the development and execution of plans emphasizing clinical excellence, consistently exceptional customer service, profitable growth, physician recruitment, engagement and alignment. Works with administration and medical leadership to develop a strategic plan to better coordinate delivery of services to facilitate and increase Mercy's oncology market share.
Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Florida

6-8 years of Nursing Leadership Experience
BSN required MSN preferred
