What you’ll do: • Promote and sell EIZO Healthcare, Graphics and Business Enterprise visualization products. • Generate and qualify leads and sales opportunities by making outbound phone calls to customers, initiating calls for new accounts, responding to inbound inquiries. • Follow up on all product leads and inquiries within the geographical territory and report the results into CRM and appropriate headquarters personnel. • Maximize sales though our channel partners, while analyze existing and potential volume of dealers. • Schedule and perform online product demonstrations and application support. • Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information to customers in a timely manner. • Process orders, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure satisfaction. • Prepare and submit sales-related reports to appointed teams. • Use sales management tools to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency. • Update and maintain accounts including contact names and numbers for future sales. • Achieve annual sales targets. What we’re looking for: • Minimum 1-2 years inside sales experience (or account management), in a technology related industry. • Must be have an entrepreneurial mindset and work independently, in a fast pace environment. • BA/BS degree (preferably). • Firm understanding of CRM applications (e.g. Microsoft CRM, Sales Force, Zoho, etc.), and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
