Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.Responsibilities Increases account base and volume of sales quarterly through frequent communication with client, assessment of client needs and outstanding client receivable inventory as well as through signing new clients. Utilizes lead sources to expand current customer base and follows up on all leads within 3-5 days of receipt. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Maintains updated, organized files on all accounts in their queue daily. Creates customized client proposals to meet customer requirements and in accordance with company policies and practices. Uses all tools prescribed as a part of daily efforts in servicing accounts, increasing client base and meeting sales quotas. Complies with all Sales training guidelines to achieve assigned goals. Participates in all training sessions and incorporates learned concepts into work flow. Requirements Must have a H.S diploma or GED. At least two years' work experience as a sales representative, preferably within the collections industry. Highly motivated and target driven, with a proven sales record. Proficient in MS Office. Familiarity with Business Relationship Management and Customer Relationship Management practices. Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience. Strong work ethic.
