You will be actively involved in:Digital Marketing Automating lead process flow and implementing new ideas for lead generation that delivers high quality leadsDevelop and recommend lead generation ideas and implement integrationsCollaborate with marketing and other stakeholders and business leaders on improvements to Innovative’s corporate websiteEnsure reliable marketing automation functionality through continued education and responsiveness to technical issues. Administer and help create E-Mail templates utilized within the sales group Regularly upload leads through Ringlead into SalesforceFamiliarity with digital media, various social media platforms, best practices, and website analyticsFamiliarity with SEO, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and CMS platforms (Drupal and Wordpress)Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign).?Pardot & Salesforce AdministrationUtilize our marketing automation and email management system(Pardot) to ensure optimum performance and efficiency of marketing activities, including engagement campaignsCreate reports to track results and provide analysis of marketing programsHelp identify and target prospects, enhance our customer data, and the manage the tools utilizedResults of related marketing activities – leads, conversions, click-through rates, database quality, etc.Completion of weekly, monthly and quarterly goals and objectivePerformance review by peers and supervisorManaging Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups.Building custom reports and dashboards to keep end users and stakeholders informed while also providing that supports high value decision-making because it is both accurate and insightful Manage all sales related technical resources and migration of data into SalesforceStaying up to date on new Salesforce features as they are released; educate others on impacts????Learn and implement best practices of Salesforce CPQReview and improve Pardot automation rulesCreate data analysis reports and dashboards that create value-add in decision makingImporting historical data from SalesforceRequirements (knowledge, skills, and abilities) you need to haveBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related STEM degree or equivalent experience 1 year + with Salesforce.comPrior experience with other marketing automation systemsExperience working with databasesKeen eye for detail and analytical skills.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally among various teamsExcellent project management and organizational skillsProven strength in achieving high accurate analysis and technical outputsA can-do attitude with a strong solutions orientation Consummate team player who also can effectively work independently Highly proficient with MS Office SuiteDesirable knowledge, skills, and experience that would be of great benefit for this roleCertifications in Salesforce.comFamiliarity with Salesforce CPQCertifications in PardotAdvanced level of Excel skillsDeveloper/programming skill and experienceAbout UsAt Innovative, you will find great thinkers who just happen to be really nice people.
