Well known and established Behavioral Health non-profit is looking for a Program Mgr / Clinical Supervisor to lead their growing substance abuse program. This well known program has been helping individuals for more than four decades and has been recognized several times for their innovative approach and quality of care. We are offering an excellent compensation package as well as the opportunity to lead a very well known and respected program in the SF Bay area.The Clinical Supervisor supervises staff, including DHCS and BBSLicensed, registered or certified staff; has responsibility to evaluate program staff; and is responsible for: staff compliance with all San Mateo County, State of CA DHCS regulations, 42CFR, HIPAA, service delivery and documentation, Electronic Health Record, Quality Assurance and all Drug Medi-Cal regulations. This role works under the supervision of the Executive Director; is responsible for the day to day operations of the program and partners with the Director of Clinical Operations to ensure client care.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:? Manage direct service staff – productivity expectations, basic job performance, caseloads and training.? Providing individual and group counseling (as needed), crisis intervention, supervise assessments, participate in treatment planning, and case management as needed.? Provide BBS-qualifying individual and group supervision with team supervisees and any additional clinicalstaff as needed. Group supervision must be at least one time per week.? Track, monitor and maintain overall program expectations, staff productivity and census as per contractrequirements and program goals.? Oversee provision of Matrix Intensive Outpatient Program as core structure of IOP Program? Complete annual and semi-annual performance reviews of staff with collaboration from Executive Director and Director of Clinical Operations? Responsible for staff compliance with BHRS regulations? Provide Quality Assurance and reports, follow-up with staff on compliance standards and accurate, timely chart review, approval of all documentationQualifications:? Licenses – Valid California LCSW, LPCC or MFT license; minimum of two years post licensure experience required.? Experience in substance use treatment delivery.? Demonstrated ability to work and communicate well within a culturally diverse, multidisciplinary team.?
