Responsibilities:Your Responsibilities
  • Inbound calls- customer care supporting bank account holders of traditional banks and other financial institutions. These phone call inquiries will be about various banking products and services. The primary member service inquiries are in the form of inbound phone calls pertaining to the following top call drivers:
  • Password Reset
  • Sending Tax Forms
  • Brokerage Questions
  • Banking and Payment Related Questions
  • Account Closing / Transfer
  • Outbound follow-up phone calls (manual call backs) may be required on occasion in follow-up to an inbound inquiry that was not able to be resolved for the customer on the initial inquiry.
Qualifications:What We're Looking for
  • Availability to work various shifts
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • Over 18 years of age
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Predictable and reliable attendance
  • Proficient in English
  • Ability to present creative solutions to customer's problems
  • Confident
  • Must be able to articulate well and think on their feet
  • Clarity in communication
  • Providing correct information to the customers
  • Helpful approach, willingness to problem solving
  • Ability to work positively and calmly with customers
  • Educate customers on options
  • Be warm and friendly


What We Prefer
  • 6 -12 month customer service experience preferred
  • Bilingual
  • Consistent work history
  • Proven oral & written communication skills
  • Some Technical background
