Work order data is to be entered into GFEBS when received by Public Works Service Center personnel. The Subcontractor shall:
1. Enter all Preventive Maintenance Orders (PMOs) into GFEBS and ensure the data is accurate and current.
2. Enter all Demand Maintenance Orders (DMO) into GFEBS and ensure the data is accurate and current.
3. Enter all Operational Work Orders (OWOs) into GFEBS and ensure the data is accurate and current.
4. Enter all labor hours and material costs into GFEBS within two (2) working days of DMO, PMO, OWO and work phase completion.
5. Ensure Project Work Order (PWO) costs and documentation are entered accurately into GFEBS to include but not limited to: DA Form 4283s, SOWs, permits, reviews, drawing, plans, specifications, site photos, etc.
6. Track real property repairs, construction projects, work order activity and government property management functions. This may require the use of systems such as GFEB-Real Property Module, GFEB-projects Module and GFEB-Work Order System.
7. Use GFEBS as a production scheduling and contract monitoring system for determining the status of work, maintenance, customer ID, and repair expenditures against individual

facilities and WBS elements, as well as minor construction and alteration (new work) project expenditures.
8. Input all direct and reimbursable costs associated with Demand Maintenance Orders (DMO), Operation Work Orders (OWO), Project Work Orders (PWO) and Preventive Maintenance Orders (PMO) to the appropriate Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) as costs are incurred and validated by the COR IAW AR 420-1 and GFEBS Data Entry Requirements.
9. Correct all GFEBS financial data entry errors as defined by the ARMY within 48 business hours after notification by the US Government GFEBS POC.
10. Reconcile Demand Maintenance Orders (DMO), Operation Work Orders (OWO), Project Work Orders (PWO) and Preventive Maintenance Orders (PMO) recorded in GFEBS against the Maximo�® CMMS and resolve discrepancies weekly.
11. Provide monthly reports as requested to summarize costs using appropriate WBS elements.
12. Operate and maintain Work Management, Engineering Systems, and GFEBS IAW AR 420-1 and AR 420-6.
13. Complete GFEBS training modules within thirty (30) days of being assigned
