The Opportunity

This role will report directly to the Office Manager and will be offered as a 6-month fixed term contract initially, with possibility of extension.

Typical duties include general clerical, relief to reception when required and project-based work. This role will be responsible for coordination and provision of administration requirements, including word processing of correspondence and documentation and filing, as well as monitoring the quality of documentation produced by others to ensure alignment with style guide requirements. The Administrator will also assist with the engagement of sub-consultants and similar procurement tasks that will require Effective Communication skills with Critical Internal and External Stakeholders.

This role will also be responsible for the completion and adherence to quality procedures relating to projects, booking business travel in line with policy’s and procedures and performing numerical, statistical, and/or financial analysis when required.

Who are you?

We are looking for an experienced Administrator with a can do attitude and a Proven history of contributing to team effort in a project environment. You will have specific experience in Document Formatting and a high level of competency with Microsoft Word.

This candidate should hold the desire to work in and help build an environment that encourages and supports high level growth and efficiency.
