Title:

TAGM Logistics Analyst

KBR is seeking to hire a Logistics Analyst to provide logistics/finance analyst support to the Tactical Aviation and Ground Munitions (TAGM) Project Office. This candidate will be responsible for analyzing and/or managing program activities such as funding requests, cost analysis and operational readiness. Other job duties may include:

  • Provide recommendations regarding use of government funds to meet requirements and ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for funding.
  • Analyze, monitor and track funding execution of contract commitments and obligations against program/contract goals. Communicate with program leadership and determine program status, identify variances and recommend actions/response.
  • Coordinate and manage the Depot Maintenance Workload Distribution (DMWD) Reporting, also known as 50/50 Report, to include annual projections, monthly actuals reporting, variance analysis and, as required, supporting data for annual 50/50 report audit.
  • Analyze contractual documents, technical data, usage data, maintenance practices, operation characteristics, and related reports to determine spares provisioning and/or maintenance/repair requirements and activities.
  • Analyze, coordinate and track operational readiness of program system against contract metrics and requirements.
  • Assist in the review and preparation of Contract Requirements Packages (CRPs) as needed to include Statement of Work (SOW)/Performance Work Statements (PWS), Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), Document Summary List (DSL), Funding Requests and other potential documents.
  • Assist in the planning, development and updating of logistics program documents such as the Lifecycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), Business Case Analysis (BCA), etc., as required. Develop program plans, briefings, significant events, spreadsheets, calendars and schedules.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 5 - 8 years of experience or 12+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point.
  • An active secret security clearance is required.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Comprehensive Cost and Requirements (CCaR)/Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT), Army Readiness Common Operating Picture (AR-COP)
