Cargo Service Agents receive, inspect and screen packages and cargo for shipment on aircraft including the preparation of reports and documents required to ensure safe, timely and accurate shipments. Obtain clearance of inbound cargo and process all required governmental and regulatory documents, including air way bills and transfer manifests. Provide customer service to the public at the counter to ensure accurate and complete shipping documentation. Provide professional customer service via phone and written communication regarding shipments. Project a positive, courteous and customer service oriented image.

Customer service skills
Computer and data entry experience
Attention to detail and a service oriented attitude
Pass an extensive post-offer pre-employment drug test, background check and criminal history record check required to obtain access to airport security identification display areas (SIDA)
Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays to serve airline passengers
Previous customer service experience preferred
