Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Prerequisites: Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center including inventory experience strongly preferred. Computer application literacy including Microsoft Office Suite applications is required; prior experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is strongly preferred. Previous experience operating a forklift is required. Valid driver's license is required. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds is required.

Normal Working Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Plan daily shop order assembly work based requested ship dates and material availability.
Generate pick lists, shop orders etc. within the ERP System (IFS), review paperwork and distribute to Valve Technicians based on priority level.
Resolve warehouse material discrepancies by Reserving/Issuing/Un-reserving/Un-Issuing/Counting Materials
Receive Return Merchandise Authorization, (RMA), such as credits and repairs, and coordinate with sales associates to drive RMAs resolution.
Act as the liaison between the Distribution Center and other CAI employees as it pertains to questions, updates, emergencies, and special requirements.
Material receipt and storage
Handle receiving discrepancies and communicating with sales associates and freight carriers
Process pick and ship orders, including forklift materials and zero assembly shop orders
Packaging, Shipping and Logistics including contacting appropriate freight companies
Pick and move project materials bound for project staging areas (currently done outside of the system and recorded later).
Issue/Stage Materials for Shop Order Assemblies
Cycle and Parts Counting to maintain inventory accuracy
