Title:

Deliverables Manager

The position will serve as the Deliverables Manager (DM) to the Air Force Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (TENCAP) HOPE contract. The DM will ensure that all KBR products and services meet all necessary contract requirements in regard to both content and timeliness. The DM will inspect all final deliverables to make sure they meet contract requirements and meet customer expectations. The DM will be responsible to author the content of some submissions. The DM is also responsible for the monitoring of all Service Level Delivery items for the contract, ensuring that every item is complete, of high quality, and is delivered on time to the appropriate government organization. The DM will be developing and enforcing adherence to deliverable production processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review contract specifications for products and deliverables
  • Develop effective deliverables production processes to meet contract requirements
  • Work with Project Managers and other Program staff to provide guidance and feedback
  • Tech Edit all final outputs and ensure content adheres to deliverable requirements
  • Ensure all deliverables are routed to appropriate government/customer POC based on deliverable purpose
  • Keep accurate records/documentation of all deliverable communications
  • Ensure File Repository is accurate and up to date
  • Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and development of new efficient procedures

  • Understanding of contract requirements and relevant legal standards

Basic Qualifications

  • Clearance: Positions require U.S. Citizenship and active SECRET security clearance.
  • Degree: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years applicable tech editing, project management, or quality management experience

Scheduled Weekly Hours:

40 hours

Basic Compensation:

80-000-90,000 USD Annual

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
