Responsibilities include: 

  • Independently analyze and interpret solicitation requirements.
  • Develop realistic cost proposal schedules that meets requirements and deadlines.
  • Attend proposal kickoff meetings and be an active participant in pricing strategy discussions.
  • Generate detailed pricing and analysis using ManTech resources, pricing model, and pricing strategy.
  • Lead development of cost volumes and compliance matrices in accordance with RFP requirements.
  • Support post-proposal submittal activities such as compliance review, negotiations, certification, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with ManTech’s Estimating System, Disclosed Practices, FAR, CAS, contractual and solicitation requirements.
  • Collaborate with and guide cross-functional members in BOE development and compliance.
  • Present work in a manner applicable to audience (government customer, Technical or Financial Management, peers, etc.)
